I take flexibility and freedom into consideration when making these programs, as I want it to fit into your schedule without seeming like a chore. You will receive video demonstrations with clear instructions on form as well as the correct reps and sets customised to your goals.
Not only that but I have also included a video series hosted by me explaining how to get the best results from your fitness programs, as well as mindset lessons on how to finally SHOW UP and be CONSISTENT!
