I started out my fitness journey in 2014 after years of struggling with body confidence issues. Like many, I tried every fad diet and workout program under the sun and was just left wondering when I would finally see results. Frustrated, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
By 2016 I became a qualified personal trainer and invested a significant amount of time and money expanding my knowledge of nutrition and diet. It was a long, relentless journey but after seven years of training clients and refining my approach I FINALLY discovered the strategy that not only transformed my body and health but also my life.
That’s why I created this platform- to cut through all of the BS, and give you a science backed, proven approach that will educate and empower you to finally achieve your goals AND SUSTAIN THEM!

Tell me your physique goals, level of fitness and experience and leave the rest to me. I will design a workout program that is tailored to you.
I take flexibility and freedom into consideration when making these programs, as I want it to fit into your schedule without seeming like a chore. You will receive video demonstrations with clear instructions on form as well as the correct reps and sets customised to your goals.
Not only that but I have also included a video series hosted by me explaining how to get the best results from your fitness programs, as well as mindset lessons on how to finally SHOW UP and be CONSISTENT!

Introducing the period tracker! The key to nailing your fitness is working it in with that time of the month. In Thrive you can record when you get your period and for how long, it will automatically track and inform you when it’s due. I know for me, getting my period can really fluctuate my weight and progress in the gym. So with this feature you will be able to prepare for this ahead of time. I hope you love it!
